THE BUSINESS

A global performance brand. A local ecommerce brief.

Under Armour’s Philippine storefront brings footwear, apparel and sport-specific collections to local customers. The project called for a branded commerce experience aligned with both local needs and global expectations.

THE CHALLENGE

Move platforms without losing the brand.

An enterprise commerce migration involves more than moving products. The storefront, collection structure and campaign pages need to support the brand’s experience while teams coordinate requirements and approvals.

THE APPROACH

One migration. Multiple connected decisions.

01

Translate the brand into the storefront

Develop a custom homepage experience shaped around Under Armour’s requirements.

02

Build the discovery journey

Implement collection and landing-page experiences that connect campaigns with products.

03

Coordinate local and global review

Bring stakeholder feedback into the delivery and approval process.

04

Complete the platform transition

Deliver the move from Salesforce to Shopify Plus and support launch readiness.

THE OUTCOME

Eight-figure trading in the first launch year.

In the first launch year, 1 July 2025–30 June 2026, the Shopify store recorded eight-figure net sales and a 0.38% online-store conversion rate in the human-session report. These are observed post-launch results, not incremental growth attributed to the migration. A comparable Salesforce baseline has not been verified.
