THE BUSINESS

Sport and lifestyle, in one local storefront.

Reebok Philippines serves shoppers across training, running, basketball and everyday style. Its ecommerce presence gives the local market a direct destination for the brand.

THE CHALLENGE

Translate a global experience into local delivery.

The project required local and international stakeholders to work around one brand experience. Product discovery, customer registration and operational dependencies needed to come together in a storefront built for the Philippine market.

THE APPROACH

The storefront was the start, not the finish.

01

Audit the global experience

Review Reebok’s main brand experience and technology options to shape the local storefront.

02

Build beyond the homepage

Deliver product templates, collection architecture, registration, metafields and supporting application work.

03

Coordinate the operating dependencies

Work with stakeholders and merchant fulfillment and inventory teams, without treating every planned integration as delivered.

04

Keep merchandising useful

Develop gift-guide collections, Shop the Look, FAQ layouts and store-locator updates through subsequent support.

THE OUTCOME

A stronger December conversion rate and Google-organic channel.

In December 2023 versus December 2022, Google-organic sessions increased 1,178.2% (12.8×), and Google-organic attributed net sales increased 324.3%. The human-session conversion rate improved 32.4% on a relative basis, approximately +0.135 percentage points. Total store traffic declined, so the traffic and attributed-sales results are specifically Google-organic, not all-channel growth. The small, nonzero December 2022 baseline may include launch-ramp effects. These are observed changes, not proof of twelve months of continuous SEO delivery or isolated SEO causality.

Conversion-rate growth

Relative change in human-session conversion; approximately +0.135 percentage points.

Add-to-cart rate

Observed session-based rate; +24.50% relative change.

3.62% → 4.50%

These are funnel observations, not an attributed CRO experiment. Add-to-cart rate is not cart abandonment. The December comparison does not establish sustained year-wide conversion growth.
