• Lead the social media team and manage each Social Media Specialist’s assignments and workload
  • Edit and proofread all outputs from the social media team to assure quality, including but not limited to:
    • Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
    • Editorial calendars
    • Social media ads
    • Pitch decks
    • Influencer marketing deliverables
  • Liaise with the Account Manager to delegate incoming tasks for each social media client account
  • Handle social media content creation and strategy for LeapOut Digital
  • Spearhead client pitches for LeapOut Digital’s social media services
  • If needed, present social media content and strategy during client presentations

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any Business-related courses, Journalism

Job-related experience: 3-5 years of cumulative experience in social media marketing, managing social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Social Media Management Software
