SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT LEAD

- Lead the social media team and manage each Social Media Specialist’s assignments and workload
- Edit and proofread all outputs from the social media team to assure quality, including but not limited to:
- Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Editorial calendars
- Social media ads
- Pitch decks
- Influencer marketing deliverables
- Liaise with the Account Manager to delegate incoming tasks for each social media client account
- Handle social media content creation and strategy for LeapOut Digital
- Spearhead client pitches for LeapOut Digital’s social media services
- If needed, present social media content and strategy during client presentations
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or any Business-related courses, Journalism
Job-related experience: 3-5 years of cumulative experience in social media marketing, managing social platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Social Media Management Software

- Good with numbers and capable to create insights on how to optimize our content strategy
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the digital
- Excellent project management skills and a pro-active attitude
